Construction Laborer (Fence Installation) - $18-$25/hr

Job Description Job Description Grayson Fencing is looking for reliable general laborers to assist with fence installations. This position involves working outdoors with a crew installing fencing for residential and commercial customers. This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys physical work and wants to learn a skilled trade. Schedule Monday – Friday Occasional Saturdays depending on workload Responsibilities Move fencing materials and tools around job sites Dig post holes using hand tools or equipment Set fence posts in concrete Assist with fence installation (vinyl, aluminum, wood, chain link) Clean up dirt and debris from the job site Load and unload materials from trucks and trailers Maintain a clean and safe work environment Requirements Ability to perform physical outdoor labor Must be able to lift 50+ lbs regularly Reliable transportation to job sites Ability to work in various weather conditions Positive attitude and willingness to learn Construction or landscaping experience is a plus (not required) Company Description Grayson Fencing is a locally owned fencing company based in Berks County, Pennsylvania, serving homeowners and businesses throughout the region.
