You will manage a technical support team, oversee a Community of Practice, and ensure the successful delivery of Power Platform training and governance.Core ResponsibilitiesTeam Leadership: Manage and develop a team of analysts in a matrixed staffing model.Platform Governance: Establish best practices, security standards, and lifecycle processes for low-code solutions.Hands-on Support: Build and troubleshoot Canvas Apps and Power Automate flows when needed.Strategic Intake: Manage project prioritization, resource allocation, and program risks.Adoption & Training: Lead workshops to empower business users to build their own apps and flows.Required Skills & Experience7+ Years in Technical Program Management or Enterprise Application Delivery.7+ Years of proven experience with the Microsoft Power Platform (Power Apps & Power Automate).Leadership: Strong experience managing teams, strategy, and operations simultaneously.Communication: Exceptional executive presentation skills and the ability to partner with senior leadership.Technical Knowledge: Deep understanding of Governance, IT security, and Application Lifecycle Management (ALM).Preferred QualificationsHands-on experience with Power BI or Dataverse.Relevant Certifications (Power Platform or Azure).Experience in change management or public-sector environments.
