The firm is characterized by a collegial atmosphere, with experienced partners and talented associates collaborating together.Position Overview:The Firm is seeking a commercial real estate associate with 3 to 7 years commercial real estate transactional experience. Applicants must be skilled in drafting land purchase agreements, cost sharing agreements, operating agreements, and real estate finance documents. The ideal candidate will represent a diverse range of clients—including private and institutional developers, investors, lenders, homebuilders, and public entities—in complex real estate transactions from concept to completion.
