Talent Acquisition Coordinator

Performs administrative duties to support the Talent Acquisition team and the talent acquisition process, including organizing interviews and testing for candidates, creating job offer letters, updating and maintaining appropriate systems, and receiving and tracking applicant materials. This position requires extensive interaction with Recruiters, Hiring Managers, candidates/applicants, associates and internal HR associates. As one of the main points of contact for candidates and new associates, the HRSC Talent Administrator champions the AmeriHealth Caritas Family of Companies brand by providing an outstanding candidate experience for our current and potential future associates.The Talent Acquisition Administrator may also work on special HR- or Talent-related projects outside the immediate scope of this role.
