Equipment Operator
Job Responsibilities As a Frac Equipment Operator, you will play a vital role in our operations, responsible for the following: Operate and maintain frac equipment, ensuring adherence to safety protocols and operational standards. Conduct pre-job inspections and post-job maintenance on equipment to ensure optimal performance. Collaborate with team members to execute complex frac jobs, demonstrating effective communication and teamwork. Monitor equipment performance during operations and troubleshoot issues as they arise. Maintain accurate records of equipment usage and job performance. Participate in ongoing training to enhance skills and stay updated on industry best practices. Ensure compliance with all safety regulations and company policies. Required Qualifications High school diploma or equivalent. Valid driver's license and clean driving record. Proven experience as a frac equipment operator or in a similar role within the oil and gas industry. Strong understanding of safety procedures and regulations. Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment. Ability to lift and carry 100lbs regulary. Willingness to work a 14 days on, 7 days off schedule, including overnight travel. Preferred Skills CDL license. Experience with high-pressure pumping operations. Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail. Excellent communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively in a team setting. Familiarity with hydraulic systems and equipment troubleshooting.
