This role supports the Crew Chief and production team to ensure projects are completed efficiently while meeting customer needs and quality standards.This is a Direct HireResponsibilitiesRespond to service calls and perform assigned restoration servicesLoad and inventory vehicles with necessary equipment, products, and supplies for each projectPrepare job sites by setting up staging areas and organizing required tools and materialsExecute production processes according to work orders and supervisor directionMaintain clear communication with the Crew Chief and team members, including updates on customer needs and concernsSupport Crew Chief and production personnel as needed throughout projectsPerform end-of-day and end-of-job cleanup to ensure job sites are left clean and orderlyClean and maintain vehicles, equipment, warehouse, and office areasFollow all safety and risk management guidelines on job sites, in the office, and while travelingQualificationsHigh school diploma or GED requiredPrior experience in cleaning, restoration, or related field preferredIICRC certifications preferredStrong verbal communication skillsAbility to travel locally and out of state as neededAbility to pass a background check in accordance with applicable lawsAbility to lift up to 50 lbs regularly and up to 100 lbs with assistanceAbility to stand, walk, drive, sit, and climb for extended periodsAbility to climb ladders and work at ceiling heightsAbility to work in confined spaces (e.g., crawl spaces)Exposure to cleaning chemicals and restoration environmentsFrequent repetitive motions including pushing, pulling, lifting, and carryingLearn more about Saige Partners on Facebook or LinkedIn.Saige Partners, one of the fastest growing technology and talent companies in the Midwest, believes in people with a passion to help them succeed.
