You will inherit a substantial book of business to further develop while maintaining and expanding the current relationships, analyzing financial information, and providing customized financial solutions to meet their needs. Key Responsibilities: Develop and maintain relationships with commercial clients to understand their financial needs and provide tailored solutions Conduct thorough financial analysis of potential and existing clients to assess creditworthiness and risk Structure and negotiate loan terms and conditions with clients Manage a portfolio of commercial loans and monitor their performance Collaborate with other departments such as credit, underwriting, and operations to ensure timely and accurate loan processing Stay updated on market trends and changes in regulations to provide sound financial advice to clients Actively participate in business development activities to attract new clients and expand the company's commercial lending portfolio Ensure compliance with all regulatory requirements and internal policies and procedures Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in finance, business administration, or related field Minimum of 3 years of experience in commercial lending, preferably in a bank or financial institution Strong understanding of financial analysis and credit risk assessment Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Proven track record of building and maintaining client relationships Ability to work independently and as part of a team Proficient in Microsoft Office and loan management software Knowledge of local market and industry trends Strong attention to detail and ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
