We focus on innovative metal system installations (stainless-steel and aluminum) in buildings across the Pacific Northwest. What You’ll Do As part of our Inside Sales/Scheduling Team, you’ll work in-office in Edmonds, WA. Once you’ve mastered this role, there’s room for you to grow into larger sales and leadership opportunities. Here’s a sneak peek at what your day might look like: Connect with customers through phone sales and schedule free in-home estimates. Generate and nurture leads, working with both new and existing B2B clients. Provide in-person showroom consultations and design advice. Prepare detailed project estimates for contractors and homeowners. Build relationships with clients and contractors, while seeking out new business opportunities. Use our CRM to schedule appointments, consultations, and installations. Coordinate dispatches based on geography and customer needs. Track and report on sales performance metrics. What You Bring At least one year of sales or customer service experience. Phone sales and scheduling experience (minimum one year). Experience with CRMs (ServiceTitan preferred). Comfortable with Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, etc.). Strong communicator with a knack for problem-solving and organization. Positive, energetic, and eager to work both independently and in a team. Passionate about ethical sales and delivering quality.
