Job Title: MES Business Consultant (Ignition)Location: Cleveland, OHJob SummaryWe are looking for an experienced MES Business Consultant with strong expertise in Inductive Automation Ignition to support the design and deployment of MES solutions. The role involves working closely with business and technical teams to translate shopfloor requirements into scalable MES solutions.Key ResponsibilitiesGather and analyze business requirements from manufacturing, operations, and IT stakeholdersTranslate shopfloor processes (production, OEE, downtime, quality) into functional specificationsSupport configuration and deployment of Ignition MES modules (Production, Tracking, Quality, Inventory, Performance)Collaborate with technical teams on UI (Perspective/Vision), data modeling, and integrationsWork on integrations with PLCs, OPC UA, Kepware, and ERP systems (SAP/Oracle)Identify gaps, recommend solutions, and support standardization across multiple plantsParticipate in testing, UAT, and deployment supportRequired Skills & Experience5+ years of experience in MES/Business Analysis in manufacturing environmentsStrong hands-on experience with Ignition (Perspective/Vision or MES modules)Good understanding of manufacturing operations (OEE, production, downtime, quality)Experience in IT/OT integrated environmentsStrong communication and stakeholder management skillsPreferred SkillsExperience with Ignition MES modulesKnowledge of Kepware / OPC UA connectivityExperience integrating MES with ERP systems (SAP, Oracle)Exposure to multi-site manufacturing or global programsLean / Continuous Improvement experienceApply / Refer:AbhiIT Recruiter | S4 AnalyticsPhone: +1 (469)429-8068Email: Abhi@s4analytix.com
