Director Of Electrical Field Operations (Phoenix, Arizona) Position OverviewThe Director of Electrical Field Operations (Phoenix, Arizona) will oversee all electrical operations in the field, ensuring safety, efficiency, and quality in the execution of electrical projects. This role involves managing teams, coordinating with project managers, and ensuring compliance with industry standards and regulations.Electrical Director of Field Operations – National Projects ResponsibilitiesLead and manage the field operations team, the operations scheduling team, and the logistics team.Foster a culture of safety, quality, and continuous improvement among all field personnel.Oversee manpower forecasting for all open status projects and collaborate closely with the Director of Operations on overall forecasting.Manage logistics team scheduling/forecasting and ensure tool, material, and equipment processes are followed consistently across projects.Work closely with the Prefabrication Manager on policies and procedures, and promote prefabrication with field leadership.Ensure compliance with local, state, and federal electrical codes and safety regulations.Conduct regular site inspections to monitor safety practices and quality of work.Maintain clear and open communication with clients, stakeholders, and team members regarding project status and any issues that arise.Prepare and present regular reports on field operations performance, including safety metrics, project timelines, and budget adherence.Electrical Director Of Field Operations – National Projects Qualifications10+ years of experience in electrical field operations, with at least 5 years in a leadership role.Proven track record of managing large-scale electrical projects.Excellent leadership and interpersonal skills, with the ability to inspire, mentor, and develop high-performing teams.Proficiency in construction software and technology tools for project management, logistics, scheduling, and communication.Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field is preferred, but not required.Electrical Director of Field Operations – National Projects CompensationCompetitive compensation dependent on experience and work historyComprehensive benefits packageMonthly phone allowanceMonthly vehicle allowance plus gas cardBonus eligibilityRelocation assistance available, please inquire
