The expert will provide professional insights, assessments, and testimony related to cybersecurity matters, focusing on cases that involve digital safety, application security, network integrity, and other related domains. Responsibilities include analyzing security breach incidents, reviewing technical documentation, preparing expert reports, and presenting findings during legal proceedings or consultations. The individual will collaborate with legal teams to provide technical expertise and ensure accurate representation of cybersecurity evidence. Qualifications Proficiency in Cybersecurity, including recognizing threats and designing protective measuresKnowledge of Application Security practices such as secure coding and vulnerability assessmentExperience with Network Security protocols, intrusion detection, and mitigation techniquesStrong understanding of Information Security principles and compliance standardsBackground in Security Operations, including incident response and risk managementExcellent analytical and verbal communication skills, especially for presenting complex findings to non-technical audiencesExperience acting as an expert witness in cybersecurity-related legal cases is highly desirableRelevant certifications such as CISSP, CEH, or CISM are a plusDegree in Cybersecurity, Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field is preferred
