Senior Financial Analyst

Job Title: Sr. Financial AnalystLocation: Bingham Farms, MI 48025Duration: 13 Weeks (Strong possibility of extension)Shift: 8a - 4:30p Mon-FriPay Range: $35 to $40/Hour.Duties:Prepare, validate, and analyze financial information, including journal entries and maintenance of fixed asset records.Reconcile fixed asset and other general ledger account balances on a monthly basis.Prepare fixed asset account reconciliations, investigating and resolving any discrepancies.Review fixed asset projects and purchase requests to ensure proper accounting treatment and compliance with capital policies.Collaborate with departments to ensure timely asset retirements and provide support for internal and external audits.Assist in financial statement footnotes and perform additional responsibilities as required.Required Skills & Experience:3 to 5 years in Accounting, Finance, or related field.Required Education:Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field. Preferred Education:Master’s Degree preferred.
