As their Ag Risk Advisor, you will work directly with individual farmers to create a proactive, formalized process to identify financial risks, determine what risks are important to address, and then implement strategies to mitigate those risks. You will complete business development while providing exceptional account management.QualificationsWhat would you need to be successful?An agribusiness sales background (finance/crop inputs/consulting agronomy) with an established network of key producers within a 100-mile radius of your homeInterest and ability to achieve CAIB certification quickly upon hireDesire to be a 'go-to' advisor, not just a salespersonOur client offers on-site training, coaching, career development, and reimbursement of most certification costs.
