In order to be considered for this role, after clicking "Apply Now" above and being redirected, you must fully complete the application process on the follow-up screen.SUMMARY DESCRIPTION:The Cleveland Browns are seeking a highly motivated, detail oriented and enthusiastic Youth Football Seasonal Intern who will assist in the implementation and support of all youth & high school football programming while collaborating in accordance with the Browns Give Back vision.DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:Support departmental goals and community-based youth football programming.Assist with grassroots and in-school visits, camps, clinics, and NFL youth initiatives.Track program metrics and contribute to reports and recaps.Produce written content for internal and external communications.Support youth football social media strategy and content creation.Conduct research and data analysis on regional and national youth football trends.Maintain photo galleries, media coverage, graphics, and storytelling assets for the youth football website.Learn and execute internal request processes (mascot, photo, video, etc.).Help prepare presentations for coaches, parents, and community partners.Perform daily administrative tasks (mail, phones, filing, record keeping).Prepare materials and equipment for events and activations.Provide strong customer service and represent the Browns Give Back platform.Complete additional tasks as assigned by the Youth Football Manager.Qualifications and Education RequirementsBachelor's Degree with an emphasis in sports marketing, parks & recreation, communications, administration or related field1-2 years of relevant experienceGeneral knowledge of the objectives and rules of the game of American footballRequired Skills:Accustomed to event management.Proactive, collaborative, creative thinker with a strong work ethic.Resourceful with strong problem-solving abilities.Flexible schedule with availability to work evenings, weekends, and holidaysWork environment will involve standing and walking outdoors for extended periods of time, more than (4-6) hours on event days and requires handling of weighted objects up to 70-80 pounds.Proficient in Microsoft applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).Proficient in Canva & Adobe.BROWNS GIVE BACK: The Cleveland Browns focus on advancing education, youth football and equitable opportunities across Northeast Ohio and beyond.
