Production Associate

BASIC QUALIFICATIONS Education and/or Experience: A minimum of a high school diploma or equivalent is required. Previous experience in manufacturing or production preferred. Ability to read and interpret work instructions and schematics. Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills. Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team. Willingness to learn and adapt to new tasks and responsibilities. Physical ability to stand for long periods, lift heavy objects, and perform repetitive tasks.
