Job Description Opportunity for crane and hoist drafting professional. Crane and hoist system experience a plus. Drafting Responsibilities Properly annotate drawings usingAWS D1.1 weld symbols and other standardized symbolsto clearly communicate fabrication and assembly requirements. Generate assembly drawings, detailed shop drawings, and part drawings. Develop and maintainBills of Materials (BOMs)to accurately define all components of designed equipment. Review and verify design accuracy prior to release to manufacturing and installation teams. Collaborate withengineering, and installation teamsto support turnkey project execution. Work with Microsoft Word, Excel, Loop, and Outlook for documentation and communication. Demonstrate strong organizational skills, prioritizing and managing multiple tasks effectively. Assist with design reviews and recommend improvements to enhanceefficiency, manufacturability, and installation performance . Participate in troubleshooting and resolvingdesign-related issues during fabrication or installation . Drafting Skills and Experience 2-5 years of experiencein mechanical design, drafting, or related manufacturing environment. Advanced proficiency inAutoCAD 2D, 3Dmodeling a plus but not required. Strong organizational and time management skills. Effective communication skills. Strong understanding ofengineering principles, mechanical assemblies, welding practices, and structural components .
