Search Engine Marketing Specialist
PCG Digital is looking for its next Search Engine Marketing Specialist to join their growing team. This person will be responsible for creating Search Engine Marketing via the Google and Microsoft platforms for our tier-3 Automotive clients. The preferred candidate has proficient knowledge in Google and Microsoft advertising, Google Analytics 4, experience in automation platforms like Fluency, experience in digital marketing for automotive, and previous experience handling multiple clients/projects simultaneously.Position Responsibilities:Create, manage, and optimize Google and Microsoft ad campaigns according to clients’ business goalsManage up to 45 accounts daily to ensure successful performanceOngoing self-education with all social platforms and social advertising best practicesRegular client communication on strategy and performance with the Director and Account ManagersLaunching campaigns and new accounts via FluencyTeam coordination and collaboration with different departments, including SEO, Social, and Content, to develop new strategies for each clientOwn performance of all accounts, with daily deep dives into Google Ads, Microsoft Ads, and GA4 to ensure account/client successBuild monthly strategies for each client based on their inventory, business goals, tracking capabilities, and budgetsSpeak directly to clients on reporting and strategy calls monthlyPosition Requirements:3+ years of search engine marketing for Automotive, specifically Google and Microsoft 3+ years of experience creating Google and Microsoft advertising campaigns directly in the native platformsStrong customer service skills3+ years managing multiple Google and Microsoft client accountsExperience running search engine marketing campaigns within Automotive Tier 1 OEM programsExcellent analytical and writing skillsProficient in GA4Proficient in Meta Business SuiteTeam player and problem solverSelf-educatorNice to Have:Experience in the ClickUp task management systemExperience in the Fluency Automation platform*Do not apply to this role if you do not have direct experience running paid social media advertising for tier 3 automotive clients*
