Build Your Career.The Falcon Academy is where that journey begins.Opportunities are available at either of our shops in Coatesville PA or Sinking Spring PAApply today to be considered for our July or August 2026 classesThe Falcon Academy Early Career Apprentice Program is designed for recent graduates of welding and technical programs who are ready to take the next step into a full-time production career. This structured, hands-on program provides advanced training in:Welding (primarily FCAW / flux-core)Steel fitting and layoutStructural steel fabrication processesParticipants will build on their foundational training and develop the real-world skills required to meet AWS D1.1 and D1.5 standards, preparing them for placement into production roles at JGM.
