Electrical Engineer

Our client, a leading innovator in autonomous vehicle technology, is seeking a dedicated Electrical Engineer to join their dynamic team. As an Electrical Engineer, you will be part of the Engineering Department supporting Design for Serviceability initiatives. The ideal candidate will demonstrate problem-solving skills, collaboration, and a proactive attitude, which will align successfully within the organization.Job Title:Electrical EngineerLocation:Foster City, CAPay Range: $68/h + BenefitsWhat's the Job?Support design efforts to enhance the serviceability of electrical and electronic systems in autonomous vehicles. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop diagnostic strategies and tools for vehicle troubleshooting. Evaluate electronic controls for part interchangeability, compatibility, and support strategies. Develop and validate diagnostic test tools for reporting codes, messages, and control functions. Assist in wiring system design and schematic development to facilitate troubleshooting and repairs.What's Needed?Bachelor's Degree in Electrical Engineering or related field. 2 to 4 years of relevant industry experience. Ability to interpret schematics, electrical diagrams, and connector pinouts. Familiarity with automotive diagnostic tools and vehicle communication protocols.
