Location: 1976 Lime Kiln Rd, Green Bay, WI 54311 Opportunity Details: Bellin Health is seeking an Advanced Practice Clinician to join our FastCare Team in Green Bay. Qualifications and Requirements: Graduate of an accredited Nurse Practitioner program required, WI RN license and Advanced Practice Nurse (APN) certification required; or WI Physician Assistant license required. NP or PA license acquired within 6 months of employment. Experienced Advanced Practice Clinician preferred, new graduates welcome to apply.
