Organizes work areas, maintains cleanliness, and responds to clinician requests and emergency codes. Coordinates equipment cleaning, disinfection, and compliance with accreditation standards. Collaborates with staff to resolve stocking issues and supports training on supply systems.Essential Functions• Maintains accurate inventory records, completes daily cycle counts, and ensures proper labeling and storage of all supplies and equipment.• Processes and documents patient charges, returns, orders, and issues for supplies, instruments, and implants in accordance with policies.• Coordinates and communicates with clinicians and end users to anticipate and fulfill supply and equipment needs, including training on inventory systems.• Ensures timely and accurate stocking, rotation, and distribution of supplies to all designated areas, maintaining regulatory compliance.• Manages and reports product recalls, capital equipment tagging, and regulatory storage requirements.• Supports and collaborates with team members to meet patient-specific material and supply needs efficiently.• Maintains a clean, safe, and organized work environment, including emergency preparedness and participation in codes.• Demonstrates professionalism, teamwork, and positive interpersonal skills in all interactions.• Utilizes inventory management systems and runs daily reports to support operational efficiency.• Performs other duties as assigned.Education RequirementHigh school diploma or equivalent experienceExperience Requirement0-2 years of experience in a healthcare, clinical setting, or a relevant areaAn equivalent combination of education and experience may be considered.All experience must be paid and in the same related field.Part-time and PRN experience will be prorated based on hours worked per week.Volunteer work and internships for academic credit are not counted.Certifications & LicensuresValid Driver's licenseWorking ConditionsA.
