We're a tight-knit team of 15, and we're looking for an Administrative Assistant to help keep our office running smoothly day to day.About the roleThis is a generalist admin position covering the kind of work that keeps a small office on the rails: answering phones and routing calls, greeting visitors, handling mail and shipments, managing office supplies, supporting the team with scheduling and basic data entry, filing and recordkeeping, and pitching in on whatever comes up. No two days look exactly the same.Because we're a small team, the right person will have real visibility and real responsibility from day one.
