The ideal candidate will assist in various construction tasks to ensure projects are completed efficiently and to high standards. **Requirements:** Experience in construction is required. Your pay rate will be based on experience and proficiency with general construction. Experience with finish work, drywall, flooring is required. Experience with power tools and miter saws is required. Must be 22 years or older. Must have reliable transportation to job sites in the Portland metro area. Strong work ethic and ability to work effectively in a team. Physical stamina and ability to lift heavy objects. No college degree is required. **Duties:** We are seeking a dedicated General Construction Worker to join our team. Various construction tasks. Interpret and follow and project plans. Project execution while unsupervised. Maintain organization at the job site. - In this role, you will assist with various construction tasks, including but not limited to: General construction work: Kitchen, Bathroom, Basement, and Room renovations Deck Construction Roof repairs and cleaning Siding installation and repair Window and door replacement Flooring installation Residential & Commercial Water Damage Restoration Mold Removal & Remediation Sewage Cleanup Flood Restoration Services Storm Damage Cleanup Hardwood Floor Drying Service Interior and Exterior Remodeling Construction Services You will be assisting with all of the tasks listed.
