Care Management Outreach Specialist

A company is looking for a Care Management Outreach Specialist, responsible for scheduling members for enrollment into a care management program. Key Responsibilities Make outbound enrollment calls to members using an automated dialer, meeting productivity and quality metrics Explain the VBCM program and schedule appointments between members and Care Managers Collect, input, and update member data accurately and provide clerical support as needed Required Qualifications High school diploma required Minimum of one year experience in a sales-driven, call center, and/or customer service environment Experience in clinical environments preferred
