Program Operations Strategist

Overview of the RoleOur global pharmaceutical client is seeking a Program Operations Strategist to support a large-scale patient support and engagement transformation initiative within a highly regulated healthcare environment. This role is responsible for translating strategic direction into scalable operating models, workflows, and execution frameworks that enable consistent, cross-functional delivery.The Program Operations Strategist will serve as a key partner to program leadership, helping bridge high-level strategy with execution by designing structured systems, frameworks, and documentation that support coordinated, omnichannel experiences.
