You'll manage daily administrative functions, provide leadership to the front-desk team, and help create a smooth, welcoming experience for every patient.This is a permanent role, working 32 hours per week across 4 days from Monday - Friday.Key ResponsibilitiesOversee reception and admin functionsProvide hands-on leadership and support to the front-office teamChampion a high standard of patient service and satisfactionManage financial tasks, reporting, and clinic processesAct as a key liaison with clinicians, external providers, and Green Cross Health Support OfficeDeputize for the Practice Manager in their absenceAbout YouYou'll bring a positive, professional approach, strong attention to detail, and a passion for supporting others.
