We’re seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Customer Service Representative to manage the after-order process and create a seamless experience for our valued customers.Position Overview:As a Customer Service Representative, you will play a vital role in ensuring customer satisfaction after the sale. Your responsibilities will include managing order tracking, addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and maintaining clear communication with customers. Your efforts will contribute significantly to our mission of providing outstanding service and support.Key Responsibilities:Order Management: Efficiently track and manage customer orders from post-purchase to delivery, ensuring accuracy and timely fulfillment.Customer Communication: Act as the primary point of contact for customers regarding their orders, offering timely updates and addressing any concerns with professionalism and empathy.Issue Resolution: Proactively identify and resolve post-order issues, including delays, returns, and exchanges.
