We are currently hiring for a part-time machine operator with availability on either our weekend or weekday shift. Weekend employees receive an additional $3/hr shift differential.PurposeReliable and safety-focused CNC Machine Operator with hands-on experience supporting production in a manufacturing environment. Skilled in basic machine operation, part handling, inspection, and maintaining a clean and organized work area. Strong work ethic with a commitment to quality, teamwork, and following standard work instructions.Essential Duties and ResponsibilitiesLoad raw materials and unload finished parts from CNC machinesStart machine cycles and monitor operations for normal functionPerform basic visual and dimensional inspections using calipers, gauges, and other measuring toolsDeburr, clean, and prepare parts according to work instructionsFollow job travelers, work instructions, and quality requirementsIdentify and report quality concerns or machine issues to supervisorsMaintain a clean, organized, and safe work area (5S standards)Follow all safety procedures and PPE requirementsSupport overall production flow and team objectivesQualifications/RequirementsUnderstanding of print reading and of print reading.Experienced understanding and awareness of measurement tool usage (Gage pins, calipers, micrometers, etc.)Prior manufacturing or CNC experience preferred but not requiredAbility to follow written and verbal instructionsBasic mechanical aptitude and attention to detailAbility to stand for extended periods and lift up to 30 lbsReliable attendance and strong work ethicNoble-X Terms and Conditions:Applicants who opt in may receive text messages from Noble-X regarding job opportunities, interview scheduling, application updates, onboarding information, and other employment-related communications.
