Desert View Hospice helps our patients and families navigate the medical, emotional and spiritual aspects of end of life care- providing comfort and care during a challenging and difficult time. Our goals are to have an amazing pool of volunteers to match with our patients and families to provide everyone involved with an endearing meaningful experience that will be remembered always. There are no words to describe how significant the hospice journey can be. And to be granted the privilege of sharing that time with a vulnerable patient/family is a such a powerful honor. Desert View Hospice does hospice care- and only hospice care- to provide the best experience available for those in our charge. Volunteers provide care on their time schedule and within their comfort zone. Desert View Hospice asks that you be at least 21 years of age and able to drive to patient's homes (you will not be asked to transport patients or family members).
