*Job Summary* We are seeking a skilled and reliable Maintenance Person to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in industrial maintenance and be proficient in various technical skills and welding. This role is essential for ensuring the smooth operation of our facilities and equipment, contributing to a safe and efficient work environment. *Duties* - Perform routine maintenance and repairs on industrial equipment and machinery. - Troubleshoot and resolve mechanical issues, including HVAC/R systems, hydraulics, and high voltage systems. - Utilize tools such as voltmeters and ohmmeters to diagnose electrical problems. - Conduct regular inspections of equipment to ensure optimal performance and safety standards. - Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities and repairs performed. - Collaborate with other team members to complete projects efficiently and effectively. - Adhere to safety protocols and regulations while performing maintenance tasks. *Experience* - Proven experience in industrial maintenance or a related field is preferred. - Familiarity with high voltage systems, HVAC/R, hydraulics, and general mechanical systems. - Ability to communicate effectively in English, both verbally and in writing. - Experience with field service operations is a plus. - Military experience in a relevant technical field may be considered an asset. - Proficiency in using diagnostic tools such as voltmeters and ohmmeters is desirable.
