Role: Sr. Data AnalystLocation: Forth Worth - Dallas Metro, TXOverviewReporting to the VP of IT, this position is responsible for designing and conducting primary market research projects, analyzing internal and external data, and preparing reports to inform marketing and management decisions. Additionally, the role involves collaborating with department heads to develop both standard and custom reports, complete with analysis and recommendations as needed.Job DutiesTrain department analysts in database and report creation, SQL, and build and maintain databases that interface with databasesDesign and develop custom in-house databases and reporting, such as security protocols for electronic wallets, adverse actions, funding tracking for debit, credit, ACH account openings, and loan payments.Supervise analysts within the department, create monthly Board Packets, and perform daily, weekly, and monthly reporting (custom and standard), including fulfilling report requests from other department heads. Maintain external and internal websites and manage security confirmations for Apple Pay, Android Pay, and Samsung Pay.Manage and maintain in-branch video marketing, including sourcing hardware and software, on-site installation, troubleshooting, and maintenance.Assist the Sr. VP-Finance with maintaining the database, gather and analyze data from internal and external sources, and recommend actions regarding product, price, promotion, and distribution strategies to increase member satisfaction.Serve as a technical resource for the department's software applications, act as a liaison on internal project teams for product/service development, software engines, and segmented mailing lists for marketing promotions and newsletters. Maintain "no mail" and "online statement" segments.SkillsPrevious experience in computer system operations, with knowledge of web development tools and relational databases. Experience with Fiserv solutions, business continuity software, and banking applications is preferred.Proficiency in Microsoft Access, Database management, SQL, and SQL Server.Education:Bachelors Degree in Business, IT, or Related field#IT123
