Patient Server

TESCO, Inc. in Brockton, MA, is looking for a Patient Server to join our team. We are located in Methuen, MA. Our ideal candidate is attentive, punctual, and reliable. Pay - $17.00 - $18.00 per hour 6 am to 2:30 pm (M-F) Responsibilities- Delivering meals to patients in a timely and professional manner. Ensuring all dietary requirements and preferences are met with care and attention. Maintaining cleanliness and organization in the service area. Communicating effectively with patients, staff, and team members to ensure a smooth dining experience. Adhering to all safety and sanitation guidelines Receives the hot or cold entrée/side items from the Cook team member and matches it to the correct Expeditor ticket Adds menu items to the tray, as assigned Maintains quality assurance and accuracy on all patient food trays, standardizing the location of all items placed on the tray. Consistently monitors the Hot Food production in order to keep the hot food flow consistent. Informs the Supervisor of any special situations that a diet order requires Performs other duties as requested Qualifications- High school or vocational school graduate preferred, some college preferred. 1-2 years of food service experience preferred. Knowledge of food service kitchens, including standards of safety and cleanliness. Demonstrates strong communication skills, including the ability to read and understand English.
