Human Resources Information System Administrator
HRIS Administrator:On behalf of our healthcare client, Procom is searching for an HRIS Administrator for a permanent role. This position is a hybrid position with 2 days onsite at our client’s Minneapolis office.HRIS Administrator - Job Description:The HRIS Administrator will manage and optimize EPPA’s Human Resources Information Systems, focusing on system maintenance, reporting, and compliance. This role involves enhancing system functionality and identifying opportunities for process improvements.HRIS Administrator - Responsibilities:• Manage daily operations, performance, and integrity of HR systems• Oversee system configuration, troubleshooting, user permissions, and support across HR modules• Lead system upgrades, implementations, integrations, and testing• Ensure data accuracy, security, and compliance with policies and regulations• Produce HR reports and dashboards• Maintain documentation and procedures• Train HR staff and employees• Collaborate with internal teams and vendorsHRIS Administrator - Mandatory Skills:• Bachelor’s degree in human resources, information systems, business administration, or related field• 3–7 years of proven HRIS systems, databases, and system integrations• Strong knowledge of HR processes and data management• Experience in project management and system implementation• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills• Understanding of data privacy and HR compliance regulations• Strong communication, collaboration, and training skillsHRIS Administrator – Nice-to-Have Skills:• Experience with UKG Ready or Pro• Experience leading system implementation projects• Prior HRIS experience in a healthcare settingHRIS Administrator – Assignment Length:This is a permanent position.HRIS Administrator - Start Date:ASAPHRIS Administrator - Assignment Location:Minneapolis, Minnesota, United States.
