Marine Construction Project Manager

RDC Construction is a family owned marine construction company. We perform shoreline stabilization, and build and repair retaining steel walls, piers, boathouses and docks. We are seeking a motivated, proficiently experienced Construction Project Manager, preferably with marine construction experience. The ideal candidate will also be experienced in welding, operating an excavator and skid steer, boathouse construction, retaining wall construction (setting wall panels and pipe), using a cutting torch, and basic carpentry skills. Having experience in electrical repair is also a plus. Bilingual is REQUIRED. Must have reliable transportation. Hours of operation are primarily Monday thru Friday, 8-9 hours per day. Although, working Saturdays and/or overtime is REQUIRED during peak season. There is a lot of room for growth and advancement within RDC Construction, as well as a paid vacation after 1 year and bonuses.
