JD from a top-tier law school with a strong academic record .
Active Bar Admission in the relevant jurisdiction .
3-6 yearsof substantive experience instructured finance ,asset-backed securities , orsecuritization transactions .
Experience with transactions involving assets such assolar loans ,mineral rights ,royalties ,marketplace loans ,credit card receivables ,auto loans and leases ,mortgages ,single-family rental properties ,timeshares , ortrade receivables preferred .
Strong drafting, negotiation, and analytical skills, with the ability to work on complex financing structures.
Large law firm experience strongly preferred .
Key Responsibilities:Advise clients on a broad range of asset finance and securitization transactions.
Structure, draft, and negotiate transaction documents, including securitization agreements and other financing instruments.
Conduct due diligence and provide regulatory guidance on structured finance transactions.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including tax, corporate, and regulatory attorneys, to support complex financings.
Manage relationships with a sophisticated client base, including financial institutions, investment funds, and other key market participants.
