Job Description SummaryAssist patrons of the Libraries & Learning Commons departments (Wilson Library and Academic Success Center.) Providing customer service and front desk support for students, staff, and faculty members.Minimum QualificationsMust be a current ULV graduate student . Good verbal and written command of English language. Knowledge of how to use Google Doc’s and MS Office applications.Preferred QualificationsGood organizational skills. Customer service experience.Work ScheduleWe offer flexible work hours, based on the student worker’s availability. We are looking for people who are available early mornings (7AM), nights (up to midnight), and weekends for 15-20 hours per week. This is an on-campus position.
