Senior/Staff Software Engineer - Autonomous Systems

They need a senior engineer who can own complex autonomy software end-to-end and push it all the way to deployment.What you'll work on:Developing and deploying autonomy software across planning, prediction, and/or perception pipelinesBridging simulation and real-world performance - SIL/HIL, edge case coverage, validation at scaleCollaborating directly with hardware, systems, and ML teams to ship production-grade autonomous behaviorWhat they're looking for:5+ years in autonomy software (planning, perception, prediction, or full-stack)Deep C++/Python, ROS/ROS2, real-world system deployment experienceTrack record of taking autonomy software from dev → test → productionBackground from AV, robotics, aerial, or defense autonomyThe role:Bay Area, CABase up to $300K+ equityWell-capitalized, mission-driven team - real deployment, not vaporware
