With a single point of accountability, our team handles pricing, permitting, subcontractor management, and field execution with national reach and a Midwest presence.Role DescriptionManage 5–10 active projects within assigned regionConduct weekly site visits and prepare progress reportsCoordinate materials and shipments with vendors and subcontractorsBreak down construction plans and schedules into actionable phasesOversee site superintendents and ensure worksite safety and complianceCommunicate project updates and reports directly to the Director of ConstructionLead projects from pre-bid through final delivery and closeoutQualificationsBachelor's or Master's degree in Construction Management or related field (preferred)Preferred: 5+ years of experience in commercial or QSR construction managementProven ability to oversee multiple projects simultaneouslyStrong leadership, scheduling, and vendor coordination skillsWillingness to obtain additional certifications or licenses as neededValid driver's license and ability to travel regionally
