Accounts Receivable Accountant
Job Title: AR SpecialistJob DescriptionAs an AR Specialist, you will play a crucial role in supporting our efforts to maximize revenue, improve financial visibility and control, and manage costs. Your responsibilities will include meeting month-end close deadlines, providing timely financial results, mitigating risks, and reducing material weaknesses. You will prepare, post, verify, and record customer payments and transactions related to accounts receivable. This role requires frequent communication with the Accounts Management team, demanding a personable and service-focused approach. Additionally, you will create invoices, update customer files, draft correspondence for standard past-due accounts and collections, and create reports on the status of customer accounts.
