This role provides exposure to accounting processes, reporting, and general office administration in a supportive environment.Key Responsibilities· Maintain accurate financial records, including accounts payable, accounts receivable, and bank reconciliations.· Assist with payroll processing and related reporting.· Prepare basic financial reports for review by management.· Support office operations, including filing, correspondence, and vendor communication.· Help manage office supplies and administrative tasks.· Assist with ad hoc projects and administrative support as needed.Qualifications· Associate's degree in accounting, finance, or related field preferred, but not required.· 0–2 years of experience in bookkeeping, accounting, or office administration.· Proficiency with Microsoft Office, especially Excel.
