Has the ability to make adjustments as necessary to comply with drawings, quality, safety and methods procedures. May assemble coil slabs internal to operating expander.Key ResponsibilitiesThis position requires the ability to operate equipment, setup equipment, identify and locate required tooling, inspect first production piece of each run and continually monitor conformance to standards. This position also requires the ability to make arithmetic calculations, read blue prints, understand a bill of material and use measuring devices.Required Education & QualificationsRequires ability to make mathematic calculations, comprehend decimals and read blue prints. Must be able to correct tool wear and report issues. Must be able to read blue prints. Must be able to make basic adjustments to equipment required to keep process in control.Requires lifting and pushing up to 50 lbs. Majority of position requires standing and walking, but bending and stooping are required. This job requires multi-tasking to keep things progressing. This position requires mental and visual alertness and self-motivation.Must be able to work any hours required.Assist in training other personnel if required.This list is not inclusive and other duties may be assigned as necessary.Why Choose Modine?
