Junior Web Developer

*Jr. Web Developer (Part-Time)* Company: NEP Services Type: Part-Time | [hours/week — TBD] Location: Remote Reports to: Website Manager *About the Role* NEP Services is hiring a part-time Jr. Web Developer to join our web team. This is a support-first role: you'll spend most of your time resolving client support tickets in Webflow, with the remainder building splash pages and small marketing sites. We're not looking for a long professional résumé. We're looking for someone who knows Webflow inside and out and can work independently once pointed at a ticket. *What You'll Do* Primary — Support Tickets Resolve incoming client support tickets: content updates, layout fixes, broken elements, CMS edits, form issues Diagnose and fix responsive/mobile display problems Troubleshoot Webflow CMS collections, dynamic bindings, and interactions Communicate status and resolutions clearly to clients and the internal team Secondary — Builds Build splash pages and landing pages from provided designs Build small, basic websites end to end in Webflow Set up CMS collections, forms, and basic interactions QA your own work across breakpoints and browsers before handoff *Requirements* 2+ years hands-on Webflow experience\*\* (freelance, personal projects, agency, or internal work all count) Expert-level command of the Webflow Designer: class structure, the box model, flexbox/grid, breakpoints, symbols/components, CMS collections, interactions, and publishing Solid HTML and CSS fundamentals Ability to build clean, maintainable class structures rather than one-off styling Clear written communication — you'll be writing to clients Reliable availability during business hours for ticket coverage Portfolio or live links demonstrating Webflow work Not required: prior employment as a web developer, a CS degree, or backend experience. Nice to have Basic JavaScript for custom embeds Familiarity with Figma handoffs Experience with HubSpot or other CRM platforms On-page SEO basics Webflow certifications Google Workspace knowledge *Compensation* $23/hour *To Apply* Send your résumé and links to 2–3 live Webflow projects you built.
