Program Manager

Position OverviewWe are looking for an experienced Program Manager to lead complex federal programs and drive mission success. This individual will be responsible for planning, executing, and closing programs while ensuring alignment with agency objectives and stakeholder expectations.Key Responsibilities Lead program planning, execution, monitoring, and closeout activities Develop and maintain program schedules, budgets, and resource plans Manage stakeholder relationships and ensure clear communication across all levels Identify and mitigate program risks and issues Produce regular status reports and briefings for senior leadership Ensure compliance with federal program management standards and best practices Lead and mentor program team membersRequired Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Business, Management, or related field Minimum 7 years of program management experience, preferably in federal sector Proven track record of managing large, complex programs ($5M+) Strong leadership and team management skills Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilitiesPreferred Qualifications PMP, PgMP, or equivalent certification Experience with DoD or civilian agency programs Master's degree in relevant field Active security clearance Agile/Scrum certificationReady to Apply?Submit your application and resume below
