Accounts Receivable Analyst

Meyer Utility Structures is searching for an Accounts Receivable Analyst who will serve as an integral part of the finance team in our Memphis, TN office. This is a key position responsible for processing invoices to the customer and supporting related reporting and review. The successful Accounts Receivable Analyst will be team oriented and have outstanding attention to detail.Meyer Utility Structures is an industry leader in the engineering design and fabrication of concrete and tubular steel structures for transmission, distribution, and substation applications. With over sixty years of innovative engineering and manufacturing expertise, Meyer has helped to author and validate many of today’s transmission industry standards and specifications.What You’ll DoProcess and submit invoices to customersReview customer purchase orders to validate invoice accuracyPerform freight verifications to support invoicingSupport internal and external audit requirementsMaintain credit memo documentation and recordsConduct weekly and monthly backlog reconciliationsSupport month-end close reporting and journal entries Ensure compliance with company policy and standard work proceduresAssist with special projects as neededWhat You’ll NeedBachelor’s degree in accounting, finance, or equivalent experience and at least 3 years prior relevant experienceExperience with invoicing, accounts receivable requiredOutstanding attention to detail with strong communication skillsExpertise with MS Excel and experience with ERP systems (Oracle, IFS, JEE, SAP, etc.)
