Starting salary between $275,000 to 310,000
The Chief Information Officer will serve as the global corporate technology leader for tms. This leader will be accountable for the reliability, security, scalability, and day‑to‑day performance of tms's global technology environment across North America, Europe, and Asia. The role leads a globally distributed organization responsible for IT infrastructure and operations, enterprise applications, cybersecurity, technology vendor management, and technology PMO governance. The Corporate Technology Officer ensures that the corporate technology platforms, services, and processes are scalable, resilient, audit‑ready, and aligned with the needs of the business and its clients.
This leader partners closely with Finance, regional business leaders, and corporate functions to ensure technology operations support growth, compliance, and workforce productivity. In addition, this role collaborates with Morgan Street Holdings, the parent company, to drive tms's growth while aligning across the broader portfolio.

IT INFRASTRUCTURE, OPERATIONS & ENTERPRISE SYSTEMS
Leadership and support to global infrastructure and IT operations teams; expertise across cloud and on‑premises environments for end‑user services.
Experience owning and evolving ERP platforms, guiding implementation, optimization, and day‑to‑day stability.
Proven track record leading teams responsible for HR Information systems for a global enterprise.
SECURITY LEADERSHIP
Lead the enterprise cybersecurity organization, including security operations, engineering, governance, and risk management.
Define and execute the enterprise security strategy aligned to business and technology priorities.
Act as senior security contact for key customers and partners on data protection and cybersecurity posture.
Participate in customer security reviews, due diligence, and risk assessments.
Build and run technology VMO and PMO, including governance frameworks, SLAs, KPIs, and performance accountability.
Manage complex vendor ecosystems and managed service providers to deliver cost‑effective results.
Establish IT governance, audit readiness, and compliance controls across a global footprint.
TEAM & STAKEHOLDER LEADERSHIP
Build, develop, and retain high‑performing global teams with a culture of accountability.
Influence and partner across Finance, Operations, HR, Legal, and regional business leaders.
Navigate a parent company or holding company structure, including shared services and strategic alignment.
SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE WE WOULD LIKE YOU TO HAVE
15+ years of progressive IT leadership, with 5+ years in leadership roles in a global technology organization.
Exceptional communicator capable of translating complex technical concepts for non‑technical stakeholders at the highest levels.
Skilled at managing and holding accountable complex third‑party vendors and managed service providers.
Deep understanding of IT infrastructure, security operations, risk management, audit readiness, and business continuity planning.
Experience across the full corporate technology spectrum (e.g., JDE, SuccessFactors, ServiceNow, M365).
Strong command of cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP) and hybrid infrastructure environments.
Leading ITSM programs: service desk, incident, problem, and change management.
Build and mature technology VMO and PMO functions with governance and performance disciplines.
Experience in a private equity‑backed or holding company environment.
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering or related field.
