Location: Phoenix, AZ (3 days office, 2 days wfh)
Duration: Long Term Contract

Experience Level: 10+ years
Job Description:
- Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Engineering, Data Science, or related field (or equivalent experience).10+ years of Java development experience
- Deep knowledge of distributed systems, API design, and event-driven architectures.
- Strong experience in Spring, Spring Boot
- Experience in Webflux
- Experience in CI-CD, Docker, Kubernetes
- Experience in Relational databases (NoSQL, SQL DB)
- Strong bias for action, ability to thrive in lean teams inside large organizations, and passion for delivering value quickly.
- Natural mentor with excellent communication skills; collaborates across functions and knows when to push back.
