Part-time for potential for full-time and fully remote. US or global.This is not a passive VC role. You will be responsible for creating, scaling, and optimizing inbound and outbound deal flow — identifying high-potential founders before they are widely discovered and building systems that bring them into our pipeline at scale.You should be someone who doesn’t wait for direction, thrives in ambiguity, and is obsessed with growth, volume, and quality of pipeline.Build and scale high-quality deal flow pipelines across geographies and sectorsSource startups through creative outbound strategies (cold outreach, partnerships, communities, events, platforms)Develop and execute organic inbound growth strategies (founder communities, content, referral loops, ecosystem partnerships)Identify emerging founders and companies ahead of the marketCreate repeatable systems that increase application volume and qualityEngage directly with founders and guide them into LvlUp’s investment pipelineCollaborate with investment, marketing, and partnerships teams to optimize funnel conversionContinuously test, iterate, and improve sourcing channels based on performance dataWho You AreRelentlessly proactive — you don’t wait, you buildCreative and resourceful — you find non-obvious ways to source top foundersGrowth-oriented — you think in funnels, conversion, and scalable systemsFounder-minded — you operate with urgency, ownership, and bias for actionComfortable with high-volume, high-velocity environmentsStrong communicator, able to engage and excite founders globallyPrior experience in VC, startups, growth, or business development is a plus — but not requiredSuccessMeasurable increase in high-quality startup applicationsNew sourcing channels that drive consistent, scalable deal flowStrong inbound pipeline driven by organic growth and ecosystem positioningIdentification of breakout companies before they become obvious
