Client Success Specialist

A company in Mission Viejo is seeking a detail-oriented Customer Success Specialist to support their team in sales order processing, data management, and customer interactions. The ideal candidate will have excellent phone communication skills, be highly organized, and be comfortable working independently, QuickBooks and Excel experience is a big plus. This is a temp-to-hire position with a starting pay-rate of $26-$28 per hour. The shift is Monday through Friday 8:30am-5:30pm. Customer Service Representative Responsibilities:Sales Order Processing (from the company's eCommerce platform to QuickBooks Desktop)Data Maintenance & ReportingStrong Excel skills required for data organization and filtering.Interact with customers and sales reps via phone, email and HubSpot to ensure accurate order processing, smooth transactions and resolve any issues.Provide overflow support for the company's orders and inquiries as needed.Customer Service Representative Qualifications:Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Communications, Healthcare Management or related field is preferred.Associate degree or equivalent work experience in customer service, sales operations, or logistics may be considered in lieu of a bachelor's degree2+ years of experience in customer-facing, order processing, or logistics coordination role, preferably in the medical device, pharmaceutical, or aesthetic industryStrong phone contact handling skills and active listeningFamiliarity with CRM systems and practicesExcellent communication and presentation skillsAbility to multi-task, prioritize, and manage time effectively
