This team is at the center of major digital transformation initiatives — including eCommerce modernization, AI-enabled business solutions, manufacturing automation, advanced analytics, ERP modernization, and Industry 4.0 technologies — and you'll deliver solutions with real, measurable impact.In This Role, You WillDesign, develop, test, and maintain web applications, APIs, integrations, and backend servicesTranslate business requirements into technical solutions and implementation plansContribute to architecture decisions and technical standardsMentor developers, conduct code reviews, and promote engineering excellencePartner with Product Managers, Business Analysts, and stakeholders to define and deliver solutionsParticipate in Agile planning, backlog refinement, estimation, and release planningDevelop integrations with internal and third-party systemsTroubleshoot production issues, perform root-cause analysis, and support deployments and monitoringMaintain technical documentation and share knowledge through mentoring and collaborationWho We're Looking For5+ years of professional software development experienceProficiency in C#, .NET, JavaScript, TypeScript, Node.js, Next.js, Python, or similar modern technologiesExperience developing REST APIs and distributed applicationsExperience with SQL and relational databasesFamiliarity with Azure, AWS, or similar cloud platformsExperience working in Agile environmentsStrong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skillsBachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, a related field, or equivalent experiencePreferredExperience with microservices and event-driven architecturesExperience with CI/CD pipelines and DevOps practicesKnowledge of cloud-native development patternsExperience integrating ERP, CRM, eCommerce, manufacturing, or other business systemsExperience mentoring offshore developersExperience using AI-assisted development toolsThis position is located within an ITAR-regulated facility.
