Aden Senior Living, operated by Thrive Senior Living, is seeking an experienced and dynamic Executive Director (Community President) to lead our Assisted Living and Memory Care community. This role is responsible for creating an exceptional experience for residents, families, and team members while driving operational excellence, occupancy growth, financial performance, and a positive community culture.The ideal candidate is a relationship-driven leader with strong executive presence who leads with confidence, integrity, and authenticity. They inspire trust, communicate effectively, make thoughtful decisions, and create an environment where residents, families, and team members thrive.Responsibilities:Provide overall leadership for the daily operations of the community.Lead, coach, and develop an established leadership team while fostering a culture of collaboration, accountability, and continuous improvement.Foster a community-wide culture of hospitality and service excellence that supports occupancy growth through exceptional resident and family experiences.Build and maintain strong relationships with residents, families, referral partners, and the local community.Lead with purpose, visibility, and consistency while creating an environment where people feel valued, supported, and engaged.Promote professional development, recognize team accomplishments, and cultivate a workplace where individuals and teams can succeed.Ensure compliance with all applicable state regulations and company standards.Oversee financial performance, including budgeting, labor management, and expense control.Qualifications:Previous Executive Director, Community President, or Administrator experience in senior living.Florida Assisted Living Administrator license (or ability to obtain).Proven success leading Assisted Living and/or Memory Care operations.Strong financial and operational management experience.Excellent communication, leadership, and relationship-building skills.Passion for serving older adults and developing others.What We're Looking ForThe successful candidate will:Lead with confidence, integrity, and professionalism.Build trust through authentic relationships and effective communication.Develop and empower others while promoting accountability.Create a positive, engaging environment for residents, families, and team members.Balance strategic thinking with hands-on leadership.Demonstrate sound judgment, adaptability, and a commitment to continuous improvement.
